Top Food Delivery Apps on Android in El Salvador for Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery app landscape in El Salvador on the Android platform showcased diverse performance trends across the top five applications. Here's a detailed look at their weekly downloads and active user trends, derived from Sensor Tower data.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online saw a fluctuating trend in its weekly downloads, peaking at around 9.2K in mid-January, before seeing a slight dip and then rising again to approximately 8.7K by the end of March. The weekly active users for PedidosYa remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from about 200K at the start of the quarter to over 212K by mid-March.

Blinkit: Grocery in 10 minutes demonstrated a significant increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, rising from a modest 76 in January to over 3.4K in early March. This growth was mirrored by its weekly active users, which increased from around 4K to over 9K by early March.

Uber Eats: Food and Grocery maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers hovering around 1K each week. The app's weekly active users slightly fluctuated, starting at about 41K and ending at 41.5K, showing a consistent user engagement.

Zepto:10-Min Grocery Delivery experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter with just 19 and reaching over 2.3K by the end of February. This growth was consistent with its active user base, which rose from around 400 to over 5K by early March.

hifumi showed a late surge in downloads, moving from below 500 weekly downloads in January to over 3.1K in mid-March. Despite the increase in downloads, no data on weekly active users was available for hifumi.
